The first host of the show was Leslie Crowther who hosted The Price is Right for 4 years. He was a well known game show host and comedian at the time and was a familiar face in many households.
FACT: Leslie Crowther was also the father-in-law of the singer Phil Lynott who fronted rock band Thin Lizzy!
When the show moved to Sky Bob Warman was the next host of The Price is Right Game Show. The show ran on Sky TV though out 1989.

The show's next host was so famous that the name of the show was changed to Bruce's Price is Right! The new host was of course legendary entertainer Bruce Forsyth. Brucie hosted the show from 1995-2009.

In 2005 Ant and Dec hosted a one-off special of The Price is Right show that was aired as part of ITV's 50th Birthday celebrations.

High pitched "I'm A Celebrity..." winner Joe Pasquale hosted The Price is Right when it made a return to ITV in 2006. The show continued for a further year.
FACT: Joe Pasquale worked at the Ford car factory when he was a teenager.
Vernon Kay presented another one-off edition of The Price is Right in 2007 as part of his own Gameshow Marathon.
FACT: Vernon Kay was an actual contestant on Ant and Dec's The Price is Right show!
